Questions we hear a lot
What area do you serve?
We work within about 60 km of St. Thomas, Ontario. That reaches as far south as Port Stanley and as far north as central London, including Aylmer, Talbotville and the rest of Elgin County.
What is the difference between a vinyl and a fibreglass pool?
A vinyl liner pool is built with galvanized steel walls, a vinyl liner and a cement base floor. It gives you the most freedom on shape and size at a lower cost, and liners are easy to repair or replace. A fibreglass pool is built from layers of fibreglass, resin and gel coat. It has a very durable finish, installs quickly, is easy to maintain and never needs a liner.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Financeit. You can apply online in under 5 minutes, get pre-approved within seconds, and choose a monthly or biweekly payment that suits your budget.
Do you open and close pools?
Yes. To close a pool we blow and plug the lines, add winterizing chemicals, winterize all the equipment and cover the pool. In the spring we remove the cover, add the chemicals it needs and get you swimming again.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We offer free estimates on our services, and we can help you work out what your pool needs if you are not sure.
Can you renovate my existing pool?
Yes. We handle liner replacements, new equipment and full renovations, working with you from start to finish on your plan.
